Discovery Lab

So I’m a church planter. I don’t know if you know that, but I am. Right now I’m the connections minister at Renovatus but I’m also holding two other roles in addition to that. One is that I’m the embedded church planter at Renovatus (which just means that I’m going to plant a daughter church), and two is that I’m a Kairos intern. All three of these really come together to mean the exact same thing. It means that right now I’m working as hard as I can to grow the Renovatus community, but it is all done while in the background a future church in downtown Vancouver is stewing.
The next big step in our apprenticeship is Kairos’ Discovery Lab. Discovery Lab is an intensive four day interview process where they assess your readiness for planting a church.
Here’s where you come in. It costs $900.00 to attend the lab, this is a lot of money but it is incredibly worth it! So far Jess and I have $550.00, which leaves us $350 short. If you’ll look to your right you’ll see that there is a “donate” button through Google Checkout. Would you want to help us get that last $350? All donations are tax deductible and go straight into Renovatus’ account. Interested? Want to know more (you can email me at ryan@renovatus.com)? We are so excited about what God is doing and would love for you to be a part.
Peace out yo.

Good question. That will be the post after next. My next post will be about getting my balls snipped.
