Three stories

Story number 1
I remembered recently that as a child (up through maybe age 11) when we’d drive through a tunnel you know what I wished for? (that was a very poorly structured sentence wasn’t it?) I’d wish for wisdom. How precious is that?

Story Number 2
This conversation actually happened two days ago:
Jonesy: Daddy has a penis?
Dad: yep, daddy has a penis.
jonesy: Mommy has a vagina?
Dad: yep because she’s a girl. Girls have vaginas.
Jonesy: Jonesy has a penis!
Dad: You’re right, you do have a penis.
Jonesy: Grandpa (kevin woods)…grandpa has a tv.

Story number 3
This story took place at the hospital yesterday:
Dad: Come on kiddo we’ve got to go see how mom is.
Jones: Jonesy will help you.
Wandering by Doctor: You’re going to help me? (she was trying to be funny I think.)
Jonesy: (thinking) No. Jonesy not help, I’m not a doctor.

Well, Jones isn’t a doctor…..yet. Remember: Doctor Jones is something that I’m probably going to call him anyway, we might as well send him to med school.

So Kevin has a TV hua?
Man, I have like 60 comments on this phrase but I can’t commit any of them to the BlogWorld.

Chris… this is a safe place, remember. you can say things without judgement. Unless you’re some kind of freak anony that stalks people or makes rude comments.

then we’ll call you out and probably cuss at you.

    i don’t own a tv anymore either.

  5. Jen says:

I don’t ever remember wishing anything. Oh no, I’ve lost some memories! What else can I not remember? Maybe I have some horrible trauma with tunnels and I’ve blocked it out. Coping mechanism, I guess!

  6. Kaydub says:

When I was a little boy, I used to … ummm … oh, bother! ‘Sorry, I’ll have to finish this later. It’s almost time for Perry Mason.
